If your order is placed before 12.00PM, your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday). If your order is placed after 12.00PM, your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days (Monday-Friday). Deliveries to Gozo will be done on Thursdays (orders should be placed by Tuesday 12.00PM)
It's not possible to give an exact time for when your order will be delivered. The date that you're presented with at checkout and in your order confirmation email will be the date your order will be with you by.
When you order is prepared and ready to be delivered, we shall contact you prior to delivering to ensure that a person is home to collect your order.
We only deliver to addresses based in Malta and Gozo.
Orders under €35 have a delivery charge of €5 per delivery to Malta and Gozo. Orders over €35 include free delivery to Malta and Gozo.
Yes, you can collect your order from our stores from the following address: Upper Cross Road, Marsa, MRS 1542, Malta. Opening hours for collection are from 9AM to 3PM. If your order was placed before 12.00PM, your order can be collected within 1-2 working days*. If your order was placed after 12.00PM, your order can be collected within 2-3 working days*
If you are collecting your order, we shall contact you to let you know when your order is ready to be collected from our stores. You can collect your order within 24 hours of processing you order.
Our opening hours for customer care are from Monday – Thursday 8AM – 5PM, Friday 8AM – 3PM.
The return procedure is as follows:
We can accept the return within 14 days from the delivery, provided that the item you would like to return is:
•in the original undamaged packaging.
Once the above is confirmed, you can drop off the product at our stores, Upper Cross Road, Marsa, MRS 1542, Malta. You will need to provide a proof of payment of your order. We will then issue a refund via the originating payment method within 3-4 business days after drop off.

Once your order has been placed and the payment has been made, you won’t be able to cancel your order or get a refund.
If your payment has been declined, then you'll need to place your order again. We're not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.
To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:
Check the card details on your order when on the payment stage to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.
Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digit number on the back of your card.
Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them or contact your bank.
If you've checked all of the above, try paying with another card.
If your payment has been declined through the 3D secure security measures you’ll need to contact your bank for further information.
Once you have your promo code, go to the checkout page and insert the promo code in the session “Discount Code”.
